Rangoli is a traditional Indian folk art that creates colorful geometric patterns on the ground or floor.  They are often placed at the entrance to a home to bring good luck and prosperity, especially before festivals such as Diwali.

Opened in September of 1991, EVPL Red Bank is located just off the Lloyd Expressway at 120 S. Red Bank Rd. Renovated in 2006, EVPL Red Bank boasts a large meeting room, public access computers, as well as study rooms that are available to the public.
