IMPORTANT INFORMATION:Â
- Please arrive at the start time for which you are registered or earlier. Failure to be on time may affect the tax preparer's ability to assist with your taxes.Â
- If you are filing with a spouse/partner, only one of you needs to register.Â
- If you are filing both 2020 and 2021 tax returns, you must register for two different appointment times, hopefully one after the other.Â
- Masks must be worn while inside the room for your appointment.Â
-Bring a picture ID, Social Security Card/annual statement and 2019 and 2020Â tax returns.
- Make sure you have all of your tax documents with you, including real estate taxes paid or rent paid with the name and address of the landlord, knowledge of any amount of stimulus you received in 2020/2021; Bring any letters the IRS may have sent you in January, especially if you accepted Advanced Child Tax Credit Payments or had Market Place Insurance (form 1095-A). Bring a check if you would like to receive your return through direct deposit.
- Bring a pen or pencil to fill out the interview pamphlet and remove documents from their envelopes to speed things along.
- You will most likely be asked to leave your papers and documents with the tax preparers and will be given a time to return for pick up later the same day of your appointment.Â
