Activity RoomAdults and teens, join us to create! This is a low pressure environment to engage in this hobby together.
Junk journaling is the process of taking items that may have previously gone to the trash and using them in a journal. One may use sentimental items- concert tickets, receipts, notes, etc. The use of random items for aesthetic value is popular as well- such as candy wrappers, flower petals, or magazine clippings. Similar to a collage, one then assembles them together into a piece by gluing and taping items to the page. Stickers are also a popular way to tie together themes, so feel free to bring any you may want. When coming to this program you may want to bring your own journal to fill, and / or your own materials to put inside the journal. However, we will have supplies available for use as well.
