Gather round and celebrate your love of cooking in this book club all about cookbooks! Trade tips and discuss recipes you've tried from a cookbook of your choosing at our monthly themed discussions.

Air-fryers and rice cookers and instant pots, oh my! We now live in a time where the oven is no longer essential for cooking delicious recipes. This month's theme challenges us to use anything but the oven to make a recipe! This could mean doing a quick no-bake recipe or it could mean firing up a trendy appliance.

About the branch

Opened in September of 1991, EVPL Red Bank is located just off the Lloyd Expressway at 120 S. Red Bank Rd. Renovated in 2006, EVPL Red Bank boasts a large meeting room, public access computers, as well as study rooms that are available to the public.
