Learn about the tradition of food and cooking as well as the local food system and land use. Follow along virtually while our food experts showcase wonderful recipes found in amazing books.
Presenters Denise with Lyles Station (Legacy Taste of the Garden) and Maria with Urban Seeds will teach youth how to prepare a recipe while connecting them to the local food system. We encourage you to prepare a dish to share with family and start a dialogue about the cooking tradition in your family.Â
