Stories in Bloom
Saturday, June 06
10:00am - 11:00am
Step into the garden for stories, tasty snacks, and a simple craft! This special story time is made even sweeter with refreshments provided by the Bedford Collab.
Come out for a delightful garden-themed story time filled with books, creativity, and community! We'll share engaging stories inspired by nature, flowers, and growth, followed by a hands-on craft activity perfect for little learners. After story time, enjoy a snack generously prepared by the Bedford Collab.
This program is a great way for children and families to connect with nature in our new Community Garden, spark their imagination, and spend time together in a relaxing, nature-forward environment. Feel free to bring a picnic blanket for snack time.Â
Please note that food will be served. Contact (812)428-8231 with any questions/concerns.

EVPL East
Located at 840 E. Chandler Ave., EVPL East was one of three original libraries built in Evansville with funds donated by Andrew Carnegie. Along with EVPL West, it was dedicated and opened to the public on January 1, 1913. Renovated in 2003, the building is surrounded by a park-like setting and features a spacious meeting room, public access computers, and comfortable adult and youth areas.
