Help young children and caregivers explore healthy digital habits through story time, creativity, and movement!

Families will:
• Learn about digital well-being, with help from their favorite Sesame Street friends
• Practice strategies to connect both on and off screens
• Create a colorful collage of their favorite ways to spend time together, and use it to
spark meaningful moments throughout the day!
