Got an old costume taking up space? Drop it off at EVPL Central between September 9th and September 23rd and get a ticket for a new-to-you costume to use during the event on September 24th!
Costumes for all ages will be accepted. Pet costumes are welcome as well. Please make sure all costumes are clean and contain all pieces needed to complete the costume.
Any costumes remaining after the event will be donated.
